Yoga for Women - Move, Pause, Explore

This 75-minute women’s yoga class offers a steady, intentional practice focused on balance, stability and moving well.

The class moves at a considered pace, with fewer transitions up and down from the floor, creating space to move with awareness and explore different ways of connecting with each posture. Breath-led movements guide clear, functional sequences, supporting coordination and balance.

Time is intentionally woven throughout the class to pause, notice and explore, allowing you to connect with your body and respond to what you need on the day.

The session finishes with guided rest and relaxation, so you leave feeling grounded, supported and settled.

Suitable for all women, including beginners and those seeking a steady, accessible midweek pause to reconnect with themselves.

Movement for Women - Balance and Play

Build strength, mobility, and balance in a fun and playful way. This class will challenge your balance, body awareness, and movement patterns while helping you develop strength and mobility to support the activities you love.

Through playful exploration, you’ll discover new ways to move your body, improve coordination, and enhance your overall resilience. Whether you’re looking to prevent future injuries or simply move with more ease and confidence, this class offers a welcoming environment to challenge yourself while having fun.

Options and modifications to movements are offered to adapt to your level of strength/mobility/balance or how you are feeling on the day. These classes are suitable for all women, from complete beginners to advanced movers.

Yoga for Women - Work Hard, Rest Deeply

Find community and connection through the power of movement.

This women’s only class will have you building strength, mobility and balance through a strong yet accessible vinyasa yoga practice. Starting with connection to self and breath, moving through a strong physical practice and finishing with deep relaxation accompanied by a sound bath. 

Options and modifications to poses are offered to adapt to your level of strength/mobility/balance or how you are feeling on the day. These classes are suitable for all women, from complete beginners to advanced.

Restorative and Yin Yoga + Crystal Sound Bath

Find time to slow down, breath deep, rest and release.

A monthly practice of Restorative or Yin yoga to help you let go of the busyness that is modern life.

This women’s only class allows you to arrive as you are and let go, connect with your breath, body and mind in a supported space. Alternating monthly between Restorative and Yin yoga, each 90 minute class will also be accompanied by a crystal sound bath to increase the depth of relaxation.

These monthly classes are your go-to if you're feeling tired and in need of a rejuvenating practice or so stimulated by life your brain is in overdrive and your energy is all over the place.

Through gentle yet engaging movement, you’ll explore practical ways to challenge your balance, strengthen your body, and improve coordination. Balance training is an essential tool for staying active and independent, helping you prevent injuries and continue doing the things you love for years to come.

This class is for everyone with modifications and adaptations offered to meet you where you are. Whether you’re looking to stay active as you age, recover from an injury, or simply enjoy moving your body in new and playful ways.

FAQ

What makes your yoga classes different? 

My classes embody more than yoga, more than movement. They consist of breathwork, aromatherapy, self massage, vinyasa, crystal sound baths and savasana. They are structured in a way that takes you through a journey, connecting your mind with yourself, your breath, your body, your movement, and allow the space for you to release and let go. 

What level of experience do I need to participate? 

No experience is necessary. These classes are open to all and will have levels of difficulty accessible to all. I strongly encourage you to practice within your scope on the day. Our bodies and their capacities change hour to hour, week to week so please connect with your body and practice in a way that feels good to you in that moment. I love the saying ‘Leave the ego at the door’. 

What do I need to bring? 

Supportive props will be provided. All you need to bring is yourself, a mat and a water bottle. Please remember to wear clothes you’re comfortable moving in.

What happens if I miss a class? 

There are no refunds for booked classes. In some instances if you know ahead of time that you won’t be able to make it you may be able to attend one of the other classes during the week. This is subject to availability.

I’m experiencing financial hardship. Are there any concessions? 

These classes are designed to be affordable and accessible. If you’re experiencing financial hardship please reach out and we can work out a way for you to access the classes and connect with our community.
