This weekend retreat is your chance to escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life and focus on self-care. It's a chance to recharge and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul.

Imagine starting your day with an empowering yoga session, morning meditation and nourishing breakfast. Followed by an afternoon of lunch, exploring nature, reading a book or taking time to just be. End your day with a filling dinner, gentle movements, time for reflection and a soothing restorative yoga practice accompanied by a crystal sound bath, priming your body and mind to rest deeply.

As women we have so much in our lives that is more, this weekend I invite you to do less. To take this opportunity of time for yourself and to form meaningful connections with other women.

Mindful moments is a small, nurturing and intimate retreat that allows you the space to relax and let go.

Find a sense of balance and clarity through quality rest, nourishing food, strengthening and balancing yoga in a beautiful setting on the South Coast of New South Wales.

Meet your guide

Hi, I’m Morgan

As a dedicated yoga teacher, my focus lies in enhancing women's health, mindfulness and movement. I aim to empower women to connect with their body, breath and mind.

I am a mother to two boys, a partner, a registered nurse and a yoga teacher. I wear many hats, I understand what it’s like to juggle many balls all at once, and the tension that can create. I think it is so important for women to prioritise self care in a world that is so busy.

During this retreat, you will experience an immersive opportunity to feel stronger, more mobile, more mindful and connected. An opportunity to walk away feeling better equiped to handle life’s challenges. It is an opportunity prioritise self-care, to nurture yourself and to find the time to listen to your needs.

I integrate supportive practices for deep relaxation, including pranayama (breath work), restorative yoga, yin yoga and crystal sound baths. You’ll leave the retreat more connected with tools and skills for moving through daily life, promoting moments of pause to foster connection to self and enable thoughtful action.

My goal is to support you to feel empowered, connected, and capable both on and off the mat.

Discover the power of sound and allow the vibrations and sounds of crystal sounds bowls to wash over you and guide you in to deep relaxation and release.

Soothe your nervous system, quiet the mind and allow yourself to let go and surrender with a daily sound bath accompanying your daily restorative practice.

Embrace the strength of community and create deep connections with other women sharing in this experience. Allow the collective energy and shared wisdom of the women who surround you, to inspire and uplift.

Nurture your sense of self in an environment that allows you to express yourself freely, find encouragement and build friendships. Establish a profound sense of belonging and empowerment.

By incorporating self-touch and self massage in to your daily routine, you’ll cultivate greater body awareness, self-compassion, and inner peace.

An opportunity to embody your practice and explore how you can tailor the practice to meet you where you’re at. Yoga has the amazing capacity to meet you where you’re at.

On both mornings there will be an opportunity to deepen your practice, workshop poses and to learn adaptations that work for you. Whether you’re looking to deepen your knowledge on specific poses, learn how to adapt your practice to truly support your body and mind.

  • This is a retreat for women to come together, to connect with themselves and each other in a safe and supportive environment.

    This is a women’s only retreat.

  • All meals are catered for over the weekend, from Dinner on the Friday evening to Lunch on the Sunday afternoon.
    All meals will be plant based whole food meals.
    Snacks and Fruit will also be provided for you to snack on throughout the weekend.

  • If you and a friend both book in, you are able to nominate to share a room.

  • Sometimes things don’t go to plan, I get it, I try to be as flexible as possible.

    Cancellations by you:

    A refund minus 20% admin fee of the total booking cost will be offered for cancellations 4 or more weeks prior to the event.

    A 50% refund of the total booking cost up to 14 days prior to the event.
