Terms and Conditions
I understand that by purchasing a place in this retreat I am agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined here.
Booking and Payment Options.
1.1 To secure your place in our retreat, bookings must be made through this website, completing all required personal and medical information fields, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Payment Options – You can secure your place in the retreat by choosing:
• Pay in Full at the time of booking.
• 4-Part Payment Plan, where the total cost is divided into four scheduled monthly payments. Payments will be automatically deducted each subsequent month on the same date as the original purchase. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available. If a payment is declined, any merchant fees incurred may be passed on to the participant.
By selecting the Payment Plan, you agree to pay the full amount of the retreat cost, regardless of any change of mind or inability to attend. Failure to complete all scheduled payments will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Participant Cancellations
• 60 or more days before the retreat: You will receive a refund minus a 20% admin fee of the total booking cost.
• 30 to 59 days before the retreat: You will receive a 50% refund of the total booking cost.
• Less than 30 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, cancellations made within this period are non-refundable.
2.2 Organiser Cancellations
• If unforeseen circumstances require me to cancel the retreat, you will have the option of a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule to alternate dates.
