Wednesday Mornings 9:30 - 10:30am, 17 July 2024 - 25 September 2024.

Spring Summer Season -

Wednesday mornings 10:00 - 11:00 am, 09 October 2024 through to Wednesday 30 October 2024 then again Wednesday 27 November through to Wednesday 18 December 2024.

Class will start on time so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow enough time to set yourself up for the class.

Please bring a mat and water bottle.
All other props will be provided.
