Please join me for a 60 minute Vinyasa practice from 10:00 - 11:00am on Wednesday mornings at Illeso Studio, 68 Bandjalong Cres, Aranda ACT 2614.

Class will start on time so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow enough time to set yourself up for the class.

Props will be provided all you need to bring is yourself, a mat and a water bottle.
