Last Friday of the each month
6:30pm -8pm + option to stay afterwards for a chai and chat.
Illeso Studio, 68 Bandjalong Cres, Aranda ACT 2614.
Class will start on time so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow enough time to set yourself up for the class.
Please bring a mat and water bottle.
All other props will be provided.
Please join me for an evening of 90 minute Restorative or Yin held on the last Friday of each month at Illeso Studio, 68 Bandjalong Cres, Aranda ACT 2614.
